
The Problem With Pain
Clearly pain is a problem.
Everyone knows that right? It hurts!
Most of the time pain starts with inflammation in your body. The thing is, left unchecked pain then gets into your brain. Re-enforcing the negative pathways. Fostering feelings of helplessness and changing your thought patterns. It also changes the way your body functions. Simple hurts can be magnified, accentuated by the dysfunction in the very tissues of your body. The problem is that unless you address all the aspects of pain, you’ll find it much harder to break free.
